Document type scopes

The environment has been configured to deal with a variety of types of documents. The document types are divided among different branches in the vault, each vault accessible by a corresponding Meridian Enterprise scope. For more information about scopes, see the BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise Configuration Guide.

Owner Operator vault scopes
Name	Documents Types
All	Access to all vault branches and functionality for convenience of administration.
Archive	Stores the obsolete documents and tags from all other scopes and outdated project copies of asset documents
Masters	Stores all master revisions of asset documents in their native format
Miscellaneous	Stores generic documents that are not asset- or project-related
Objects¹	Stores empty documents that represent physical assets in the plant by tag or object number. This document type typically requires the use of the BlueCielo Meridian Asset Management Module and may not be available without that module.
Projects	Stores projects, new asset documents, project copies of asset documents, and project-related documents.
